The tires were not at the correct pressures when I picked up the trailer. I didn’t fill to the specified pressures, but this was an inconvenience for my situation. As well, the front right (passenger side) tire was worn to the point I was concerned for its reliability for the haul I rented it for The service at this location was very good

I had trouble dropping off the trailer in vernon bc was not told where to drop it off when it was rented in Calgary drove around for 1.0 to find a place who would accept it , trailer leaked in the rain was billed a extra day when it was actually dropped off the day before my experience with U-Haul overall was terrible 2 star rating
