The place was a mess with no clear indication about where to park and/or drop off the vehicle. Thankfully, the fellow who was working late was kind and was able to assist and take care of the paperwork. I would not have been able to handle a drop off through an app. The whole experience was a gong show from start to finish. I will NEVER use UHaul again.
