easy to deal with.
Daryl OThe remote access process is extremely tedious. Photos should only be required upon return - the preliminary data is the same as the last renter's drop-off info. The account authentication took way too long and shouldn't be a requirement. If I have my own ID and provide that, you don't need to call my work or friend, etc. The whole process took over 30 minutes to get the truck. And then I had to go inside to get the keys and equipment anyway. Good for after hours, though. This particular location is good. Rank them highly.

David CTires were summer tires it’s January and we have snow the tires were not even M&S tires the minimum required we spent most of the time trying to get unstuck. The truck also smelled like smoke when we picked it up
