The truck was not brushed off from the snow nor was it even ready. The people charged me for a dolly and matts which I never asked or had given to so they were trying to scam me! On top of the customer service was terrible. I called in advising I was going to be late, but when I called the customer service line due to the lady trying to charge me double because I was late, she refused to tell customer service that I called in and advised and she told them there was no communication This place was a scam !!! She also tried to tell me I went 112 klms which I was only 15 minutes from each location. I now know i need to take a photo of the odometer as I cannot trust the customer service desk. I do not recommend this place! Nor should they be allowed to service uhaul !! Terrible service very disappointed to say the least
