The site does not make a good first impression visually, but the staff was helpful. One item I had ordered was not available.
John SLocation was closed even though website said it would be open. Vans all open and unlocked. did not look like it was even a tire business. Homeless people all around and they said that the business was closed most of the time.
ANGELA RI picked up the uhaul it has no gas it it and it was dirty. I returned it clean with gas and still got charged a “cleaning fee”, a “fuel charge”and a late fee!! This place is the worst! I will never do business here again!!
