My rental location changed three times from the time I made the reservation until pick-up time. When I arrived, I was informed that the 10-foot truck I reserved was not available for my one-way trip. I had to upgrade to a 15-foot truck in order to stick to my schedule. It was a frustrating experience.
Jonathan LMy friend used the truck. I just paid for the smallest truck. And the total cost was surprising. Your building needs an overhaul. Not inviting to a customer .
