Keys were in wrong lock box. Store was closed even though hours stated open till 2pm on Sunday. Another person also waiting as he could not access rental box. I don’t know his outcome as the company called a contact person’s phone but there was no answer. The Uhaul company person was able to o troubleshoot and help us.

John SLocation was closed even though website said it would be open. Vans all open and unlocked. did not look like it was even a tire business. Homeless people all around and they said that the business was closed most of the time.
