We set the pick up time for our U-Haul at 7pm. About a week before the pick up we got an email saying the location of the pick up had changed. When we arrived to pick up the truck the place was closed. When trying to contact usual we waited on hold for 23 minutes before hanging up. When trying to contact the original location, they were shut down and the man was swearing at my husband tell us to come to the property and we would find nothing. I got on the U-Haul app and found this place and did sell pick up just for the key box code not to work. The lady sitting in her house saw up struggling came out and put a different code and said that the app gives people the wrong code. What a nightmare experience on top of a stressful day of moving.

Lisa WThe advertisement is for $19.99 for 24 hour rental I only rented it for 12 and spent $70 something dollars for the rental I think it's very misleading to say that it's 19.99 a day and then when you get the bill it's more than triple that for a few hours. Bad deal.
