David HThis was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The store was suppose to be open til 4pm arrived at 330pm and they already went home. Ended up getting stuck because they had a car dolly that was hidden in brush couldn’t see it along with other trucks making it very difficult to even get in the drive way. When calling the number that was listed on window got no response. The owner would read my messages. Spent over 2 hours getting the run around with customer care team about what was happening could do. When all said and done everyone arrived basically at same time 630 to help the issue. Had an appointment for movers to unload my things missed that appointment. If the place of business was open like they were supposed to be none of this would have happened. If the place of business wasn’t so careless about where they put their equipment hidden by shrubs this definitely wouldn’t have happened. If I could give negative stars I would. Then I call customer service team today like I was told to and not all the notes were placed in the file and couldn’t speak to the manager. Was told a area supervisor will give me a call now. Which was never the case last night. Was told to call back after 10am to confirm things up about what next steps would Be given situation that occurred
