Gas needle did not line up to the picture when I was given unit and over charged in fuel and my reservation was not there when I arrived so that was a delay and truck needed to be .over outta parking spot by worker it was so tight and that tookike 30mins .. all these delays and I got 5 hours to moved and got over charged for being hour later , never again using this placeMARSHALL D.
I tried to pick up my vehicle online. process to do so while on site was painful and ultimately there was no key lock box on the truck assigned to me. Vehicle was really dirty on the outside. Windows were dirty on the inside. Rest of cab was in an OK cleanliness statePeter D.

Perhaps not enough staff for the level of busy-ness. Had to wait longer than I would have like to check out. I also wonder if you could cut time down for payment. I used my credit card to reserve, then again when I took out the van, then again when I checked the van back in. Is there a simpler way? Thanks.LAURIE P.
Vehicle was very high mileage, lots of Xs on it maybe 40 +. No convenient parking. App very confusing. Doesn't show your booking if you are not logged in but there is no option to log in?! ðŸ¤¯ I wasted a half hour on each end trying to pick up and drop off using the app, but ended up both times going in to the office and queuing up.Duncan M.
Terrible experience! We got to the location and saw the truck we reserved, but could not sign in online. We went to the location for assistance but told they are only providing parking for Uhaul. We called customer services and was on hold for 40 min, then was told the truck we reserved was not checked in by the location manager from its last service. Then we got redirected to scheduling and told the issue was resolved and asked us to try to sign in online again. That did not work then we called back the scheduling department, and we were told there was problem with the truck GPS and asked us to go to another Uhaul location. By now we have wasted 90 minutes! Finally we picked up the truck at another Uhaul location. When we returned the truck and apparently we were told we didn't put enough gas (1/15 short) and there was going to be an additional $10 charge because of it. Needless to say the customer services were little to be desired! Never use Uhaul again!David T.
Horrible customer service and no parking. I arrived to get my 10' truck and pulled out the truck and put my suv in the space I got it from. The guy out side comes to tell me I can not park there because other trucks could come throughout the day. I said â€œsorry, where would you like me to parkâ€ he said â€œdoesn't matter but not on our propertyâ€. I was by my self during this process. Clearly I have a car and just rented a truck. I asked again, what do I do with my car. The guy said you can park on the street parking 200 meters away but you will get towed after 90 minutes. Then he told me to park at Mayfair shopping mall 1km away and walk back. This is what I had to do. This is crazy and discriminating as I recently had an injury to my knee and had to walk 1km to pick up my truck I rented just so I won't get towed by U-Haul or the city of Victoria. Complete garbage. Long lineup to get a vehicle. Understaffed. Then they charged for fuel even thought I returned the van with more fuel than when I received it. If you have to use UHaul I guess you're out of luck but I'd recommend Budget or some other rental over them any day.Kevin C.

I picked up the truck on a busy Saturday, although I had pre-booked and pre-checked in. The checkout process by the time I drove the truck away took 1 hour and 20 minutes. Upon my return to check the truck back in on the Monday. The business was quiet and the return was very quick and efficient. Service was friendly and polite on both occasions.Brian H.

Hi. When I picked up the truck fuel level empty. And the person at the counter said bring it quarter tank and they will reimburse it. So I take the the truck to gas station to fuel quarter before I do my job it cost $72.27 and after I finish my job I fuel and $23 to bring it quarter tank and I drove only 18 miles. I asked the county person to reimburse $72.27 but he did only $60 . I spent my own time and couple of km to fuel first and still I am not getting my fuel money back.Madheswaran P.
I would have liked to have seen the debut machine clean. It looked like it hadn't been clean in a few weeks and was dirty. But the truck itself was extremely clean!!! The 10ft truck worked well. No issues with that. I had rented it for 4 hours. They have a lot of trucks to rent hence why I went to this location. The only issue I had was that the truck leaked oil into my driveway. I was in a hurry and forgot to mention that to the clerk when I returned it. Hence why I gave an average review instead of higher. Now I have to buy a product to get rid of the oil stains from my driveway.KULDIP D.

The customer service in the beginning of the transaction was okay. The girl was decently polite though it was obvious she was not a huge fan of her job. The real problem started when I went to return the vehicle. When I went inside the customer service area to return the keys and confirm my invoice, I was rather rudely told to just return the key to the guy outside. When I went outside to return the key to the guy, he was so busy speaking with his fellow employees about non-work related topics that I had to interrupt the conversation to get any type of assistance. Once the guy took the keys he very quickly hurried me out by doing a quick look over and then telling me I would receive my invoice within the next 20 minutes. When I asked to receive one on the spot, he informed me it would be emailed to me. I then waited over 2.5 hours to receive the invoice. When it didn't come through I called uhaul wondering what happened. After waiting on the phone for 35 minutes the gentleman on the phone (who was completely lovely) informed me that the vehicle had been marked as a no show return. Which means that the employee never checked us back in. He said he would make a comment on my file and someone would be in contact tomorrow. Uhaul owes me money for the km I did not use and I do not want to be charge ANY type of late fee. I have pictures proving that I returned it on time, in good condition, less mileage than paid for and a full tank of gas. I want my money returned and my invoice sent. I will NEVER recommend this location to another person as I cannot trust the reliability of the employees.Shaylene S.
The first truck I picked up broke down after driving 5 km down the road . The staff was helpful to replace it for me but would have been in a really bad experience for us if we had loaded it and then it broke down . I would recommend to provide with newer unit to the people who are driving out of town or doing long -haul . ThanksVIKRAMJIT B.
