Customer service is slow at this location. Whenever I’ve gone in there’s usually only one person working and a long line of customers waiting. I have a feeling it’s the computer systems or just a lack of interest in efficiency.

My feedback is consistent every time I rent. Local service from staff is good however an opportunity for improvement is on the online reservation process. I go to the trouble of entering all of my information online when renting a trailer only to have to repeat everything I did online. (I even went to the trouble of saving my tow vehicle online) it would’ve much faster and smoother for everyone if you didn’t have to repeat that when you pick up the trailer

made my reservation online but still had to waited ~ 30 mins in line to check in. Then they can't process my order due to technical issues. had to restart me as a walk in order. The guy checked me in told me I don't have to fill the gas to full, just keep it the same level when I got the truck, I did so, but still charged 21 cad for gas. I was not told how much I should be charged at the time of return the truck. Terrible management, will not recommend to anyone.



I drove the pickup for exactly 30km and then put in $25 in gas prior to returning. The gas was exactly where it was when I received it, but the attendant that helped me in the return said it wasn’t right and he’d charge me more money for gas. I asked to speak with the manager who told the attendant that it was fine. I won’t be using Uhaul again as it all felt really shady to me.

The scheme where you rent the truck with a 1/4 tank and then request it get returned with the gas at 1/4 is kinda scammy. Hard to hit that 1/4 mark exactly and I think I accidentally overfilled by $10-$15. Free gas for U-haul.

The first guy who we dealt with was great! He could serve 3 customers at once keeping the wait to a minimum. Kudos to him, I wish I had his name to give him the proposal he deserves. The van was clean but smelled like manure, probably someone using the van to get ready for planting. Van drove great, had less than 5000 km on it. When I returned the van my bill was higher than expected even though I used less miles than I originally claimed I would use. Turns out the mileage was charged at a rate of $0.95/km instead of $0.59/km, which wasn't a huge difference because I only drove 25 km with the van. This error was obviously an input error by the return agent. I even mentioned to the guy that the bill was higher than it should be but from what I saw on the handheld screen he showed me the numbers added up. After looking at the final receipt, I called about half an hour later. The phone was never answered and I had to deal with the call center in Arizona. She told me that on her end she saw the rate as 95 cents and I told her both my pre order and my final receipt shows the rate is supposed to be 59 cents. Her options for me at this point was transfer me to another person to deal with it (what was she there for if she couldn't do it) or have the location call me. I opted for the latter. She informed me that the location was sent a message to call me and guess what?, they never called... Imagine that.. Anyhow, now I have to go back fix the mistake they made cause clearly if I leave it I will not get my money back. Could be a simple error but still a hassle I shouldn't have to deal with. Not impressed.

I received poor service. I paid for a dolly and they did not provide me with one or mention. I assumed it was in the truck. It created problems for me. I shared my frustration when I returned the truck. I was told a manager would contact me and i am still waiting. This is by far the worst customer service i have received across the country as i have lived in many different cities due to my job.

The billing could be right, for starts. .49 cents per kilometer does not equal $39.50 for 50 kilometers. Having to wait several days for the refund just isn't right.
