Free 1 month storage should match the volume of the truck rented by customer. I rented a 20 foot truck. I get a free storage for 1 month free half the size of the truck. So l had to pay extra for another storage for 1 month.

Mitchell G | Overall ExperienceThis was a shocking and horrendous experience. The unit was filthy, the loading ramp was broken on move in, the freight elevator broken on move out. The loading dock was blocked by U-Haul trucks on move out which meant we had to haul everything out to the street. Most disturbing was the number of street people living in the units. They set up their patio on the concrete loading dock, actively used substances and the entire storage building smelled of urine. This was shared with the clerk upon check out who did not react. I will not use U-Haul again, for any service.

On the finally day we rented a UhAul truck to empty the unite there were bins in the way took them time to Move them, they didn’t move them all and we couldn’t get the truck angled to easily load. Overall it has not been a great experience using this facility. On top do that the truck we rented was already so abused and ran extremely ruff.

Loading and unloading is always struggle, there are always U-Haul trucks blocking the door. The loading door is always closed.
