I went to drop it off. The owner refused to take it and after 15 minutes told me to take it to a different location. I had to call customer service, sit on hold for 20 minutes to eventually be told I could leave it. I had to use my fuel and I was late for work due to this. Completely unacceptable to have this response, as I had a contract signed. I understand the owners frustration but this lack of communication is not on the person dropping it off.
BENJAMIN STruck engine fault light was on. Some blankets were wet.
