Location coexists with a store. There was only one person to serve both rental customers and store customers. The check in process Was repeatedly interrupted by having to serve store customers. In addition, there was a problem with the trailer lights that took additional time to resolve. The checkin process took more than half an hour.

The highway we were to travel on was closed. We brought the truck back after 40 mins and asked to rebook for Monday. He charged us $127. I've used this location many times, NEVER AGAIN!!! I will dispute the charge and be writing a great review on google.
BRADY LI am a class one driver so I do think that this unit needed a little bit of work ....sounded like bearing wheel bearing or possibly break issues on the passenger side. Plus this is also an older vehicle but I think it just needs a bit more of a work maintenance schedule. It wasn't steering well also
