The vehicle was damaged all along the left hand side from a previous rental, the front left tire was low on air for pick up and the alignment was out oh the vehicle quite bad. To top it off the vehicle didn't have a ramp as advertised on the site for loading nor did it have a flat box all the way through like advertised, the vehicle was also in mph opposed to kph and this affected who could drive the truck. The pick up for after hours was drawn out and horrible and took much longer then it needed special considering I gave most of the information preemptively as suggested after making the reservation, also the process makes you agree on condition of truck before you're able to get the key, which wouldn't of been a problem if it didn't have another vehicle so close beside it I was unable to see or get beside it to view it full on top of the extremely poorly lit surrounding and lot due to this I was unable to see all the damage along the left side. Over all I was extremely disgusted and disappointed with this U-Haul rental as in the past in other city's it's been a painless, quick convenient experience. I would not rent a U-Haul from this location again and I would think twice before renting another U-Haul in general.John W.
Was charged for items I never had over charged for extra days on dollies (charged for 3 days) requested a furniture dolly but never received it, than confronting the owner of the store got yelled and sworn at. This was the worst experience ever was never reimbursed for the extra charges nothing. Please get in contact with me.Andrew D.

The truck that I got was not that clean inside ,and the engine light came on saying it needed to be servicedDalton B.
Problems with the computer registration on pickup and drop off. Took 20 minutes on pickup and 15 on drop off. Truck did not seem to be sanitized inside. No walk about to point out damage etc. Pretty uncomfortable with only one person in the store and other customers are lining up when problems arise. Other rental locations including Uhaul locations provide more customer service. Truck oil change light was on the whole trip.HARVEY T.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, Iwas told inPERSON rates when I made the reservation and cost for truck and gas . On the daofpick up I gottexts telling to pre-register for pick up,I did and Noticed the RATES WERE NOT the SAMEas I had been told IN PERSON when I made the reservation I called,the guy on the phone was Rude and said,I dont have to rent the truck to You.I got to the location and of course that guy WASN'T there.I complained and told my stiry to the lady,who wasmuch nicer!!.Then Ihad to take the truck out MYSELF from the Back yard SMALL COMPOUND and it was VERY DIFFICULT. NOBODY HELPED and I literally wasted 20 minutes trying to inch by inch get the truck out of the back yard with about 10 other huge trucks .When I returned the truck the NEXT DAY I thought because I used LESS THAN 30KMS that $10was Enough gas.The attendee said it was ok HE WONT CHARGE ME BUT HE DID ANYWAY ,NASTY !!!! I was very disappointed in this Locationand having rented from UHAUL MANYtimes I can HONESTLY say This Place was very DISAPPOINTING.Nora L.
The photos were not up to date and accurate You could see in the photos advertising stickers on the car that were no longer there and damage stickers that were not in the photos It would help the check out process if the photos were accuratePaul S.

None of the apps worked properly. They did not have the equipment we booked and paid for. It was impossible to find the lock box for the 24 hour pick up. We were told late the night before that they had changed our pick up location from where we had booked to this one which is 20 km away. Terrible service. The apps crashed constantly and th promoted mobile pickup was a complete failure.DAVID C.
The customer service, from reservations and booking to pick up to return, was very helpful and courteous, each person. One thing though, I was charged for two dollys but I only had one. The person at return send it would be fixed because sometimes the system (computer) just adds things. But, in the end I paid for a second dolly that I never had on my trip.
