There was nothing wrong with the location, the woman who helped me was great. However I booked and got a confirmation email for a 10ft truck to pick up at 9am. Got a call later that day and the man on the phone told me they were going to give me a 9ft van that I could pick up at 12pm. I also ordered a dolly that the location couldn’t give me because they were never sent any. So completely unreliable information was given to me

Katie MWas the equipment clean? There was nothing in it, but it wasn't clean. It also wasn't really dirty, just what you would expect. Was it well maintained? Not sure but the steering felt a bit too loose for my liking and it ran hotter than my vehicles but maybe that normal for this vehicle?
