Guy behind the desk was asleep when I arrived. Didn't know if the trailer had been dropped off or not. Once he realized the trailer was there then he had to smoke a cigarette before we could complete the transaction. I will not be recommending this place or going back should I ever need another trailer.

Read the notes. This franchise has posted opening times. Wasn't opened on time for rental. Franchise falsely charges customers due to under maintenanced vehicle. Franchise passes blame to customer. I bet every employees job for uhual including the CEO, CFO , that the charge is fraudulent. There's a recorded phone call of me to customer service stating faulty gas gage 18 hour's prior to returning vehicle.
Zachary CThe employee didn't want to help me. I told him my phone was dying so I couldn't take the pictures but he still asked me to take the photos. My phone died by the time I finished, I had to walk home without my phone luckily I was a 5 minute walk away from my home.
ISRAEL LThe male working kept digging in cup of ice eating it while speaking.Kept making comments about if I had my contact on paper it would make things easier which I had in my phone. Some random lady came in office asking the male for cigarettes which he gave.
valerie oI rented a 4 x 8 my load canceled but still took trailer to drop location that was in decatur tx because lady on line said really need it there never used trailer. Still got charged to deliver trailer 5 hours away
