How U-Haul Reviews WorkOverall I was satisfied the staff there are awesome!! The only problem was that I was not made aware that the guy that does the uhaul rentals was not there on location and took another 15 min for him to get there...the laptop he was using took forever to load..im guessing the internet is not that great out there...but once we got it going it was quick and easy...please inform your customers when going to this location that they will have to wait ..if I had known I would have scheduled for the added time.. instead it put me behind for my other pickups....
rausha Hthe u-haul online system needs to be better. waited over 45 minutes trying to put information into the u-hsul system. location is great, the system is terrible
Donald WVery helpful and efficient .
Scott HThe U-Hual website was down. It was down for over an hour. The associate sent emails and made phone calls but ultimately was helpless until the website came back up.
