The truck was fairly new and clean when we rented it. It did not have any wiper fluid and the passenger side windshield wiper needed replaced. We found out in a rainstorm on I95 that the wiper blade was so old that it didn't even touch the windshield - not a great feeling.
Keith TManager was incredibly rude, continuously asked if this was the drop-off location after I had confirmed that it was. I was concerned he would try to charge me extra. The receipt says the truck was dropped off after 6pm when we dropped it off a little after 3pm. Would not use this location again.
Taelor MThe customer service representative was very knowledgeable about the process. The website indicated that they did not have a 10' truck available. When I stopped in to talk to someone, he was able to see that they did have the truck I wanted. Some problem with the website, I guess. But the whole thing was easy! Not the move, the renting of the truck and the returning of the truck was easy!
Jan SThere wasn’t a truck for me when I got there. They had the wrong time for my reservation by 1 and a half hours as well. Their WiFi was horrible and the U-Haul system was clearly an issue as well.
