JOSE CThe truck was dirty. The location manager Bill is not polite.
TAFADZWA NThe guy who runs it is very helpful. He can't help if other customers return the trucks/vans on time. Since it isn't the Uhaul main facility in Falls Church it is dependent on costumers keeping to their schedule. The 10' truck had some wear and tear but functioned fine. The system that detects low tire pressure probably needs replacement.
