I would have rated your service as excellent, but for one flaw. when I took delivery of the van, I was told that the gas tank was full. I drove the vehicle for less than 6 miles. When I returned the van, I was told I needed to pay $17.50 to refill the gas I had used up. So I chose to fill up the tank at the BP pump available right there. It took 4 gallons to fill up the gas tank for my 6-mile ride. Evidently, the tank must have been less than full when I received the vehicle. It does not make sense that your system knows so well how much gas there is in the tank at the return point, but not so well at the origination point. this rental cost me an extra $10.00 that it should not have.

Billed me more than he showed me on the checkout
DAVID MI took all the steps in the app, then followed the same steps with the link that was sent the day before, then when I picked up the vehicle the man behind the counter had to take a photo of my license three times. It took me 45 minutes just to pickup the damn thing although I had already completed all the steps prior so that the pickup was supposed to be less than 10 min

PATRICK GI made a reservation for a truck and a dolly a few days in advance and even received a phone call from U-Haul the day before confirming that the reservation was ready. However, when I arrived, an employee told me that none of the trucks were available due to the snow and gave the impression that he wasn’t interested in helping resolve the issue. After some discussion, he eventually brought out a truck. I also asked for the dolly that was included in my reservation, but I was told they did not have any available.
