I made a reservation for a truck and a dolly a few days in advance and even received a phone call from U-Haul the day before confirming that the reservation was ready. However, when I arrived, an employee told me that none of the trucks were available due to the snow and gave the impression that he wasn’t interested in helping resolve the issue. After some discussion, he eventually brought out a truck. I also asked for the dolly that was included in my reservation, but I was told they did not have any available.
DANIEL KApp and online was impossibly slow to book but once we did when we headed to the location, they couldn’t pull it up. This is subpar.
Margaret MThe overall Uhaul website was very annoying. When I was trying to check out I had to click through 6 or 7 different tabs trying to upsell me things that I did not need or want.
MATTHEW CHave more responsive staff. The Indian guy at the desk couldn’t care less that I wanted to rent a truck and basically told me to do everything on the website which took so much longer.
