I expected the app checkout process to suck and somehow it sucked even worse, taking almost 45 minutes in the freezing cold. The part involving calling dozens of random people in my phone book, on Black Friday, to try to find someone to be an “alternate contact” (what even is that?) felt especially unnecessary and time consuming. But after that the truck I reserved was reserved by someone else, the customer service acted like this was an coincidence even though the exact same thing happened to me the only other time I tried to rent a truck just last month, and I ended up sharing the truck with the other party, which ballooned my bill because of the (frankly not-well-advertised nor fairly priced) mileage fee. The truck was fine. Actually the paint on the deck smelled still-wet and scratched off on everything like a lottery ticket, but overall, the truck was fine.

JEREMY HThe old lady assist me very mean shout on me.and she gave attitude. When I call for an insurance she shout at me very mean. I didn’t check will the uhaul trailer, cus I’m in the bad mood. She look racist that’s how I feel. Is it my first time to rent Uhaul don’t have any idea about insurance and whatsoever. I was gonna ask her some questions, so I have some ideas, but she shout at me and show me some bad attitude, I fell stressed change my mood. Not recommended that place especially if your different race.
