While the vehicle was clear of dirt, it had a horrible cigarette smell. Not just a lingering smoke, but it smelled of an ashtray. There is a no smoking sticker on the vehicle window.I don’t had to ride with the windows open the entire time I rented the vehicle. Unacceptable.
Thomas TUhail needs to do a better job when the system is down with informing vendors. I waited for 30 minutes for the system to be back online. The rep was very nice and could only do so much. Next time for the inconvenience, a discount should be applied
