The people working at this location are exceptionally rude. Not just run of the mill rude— but really rude. Didn’t speak to me at all unless I asked a direct question. Literally just put his hand out for the key. No words. Not even a hello. Moving is stressful enough without being treated like you’re interrupting someone else’s day by having the audacity to use a service you paid for. This happened at pick up and at drop off.
