The person that assisted me told me that my method of payment which was visa had declined or wouldn’t except my card so he swiped twice.Then I find out my card was charged anyway after I used a different method of paying.So I was charged even though he told me my card had declined.

When I paid for my truck on Saturday morning, I was charged $67. When I returned my truck on Sunday, the gentleman told me that I would only be charged $33 and that the other $34 would be credited to my account. However, they left the $67 charge and charged me another $33. Then proceeded to tell me that I would get my $67 back in 3-5 business days. So basically I was triple charged.

There’s really nothing more you can do to be any better than you already are, keep up the good work, But really I KMan have the trailer hooked up by 10 minutes after I got there, down the road on the return trip everything was done outside in about five minutes can’t ask for better

Have better customer service and courtesy to consider the fact when a customer has an emergency situation the requires them to turn in a truck that they gave us with no gas in it and had a flat tire on a 18 Wheeler devil truck that was turned in at another location but it was undamaged full tank of gas unlike they did me from day 1 then over charge me for a day I never received the truck and raised up the insurance on it and then get mad at me like I did already catch Hell from renting it and driving that monster truck as far as I had to go in the 1st place that the last thing they need is another fight with a moving truck company! I was treated much Better in Massachusetts Uhaul each time I had to use them since I got stuck up here okay and 1 thing I will do is share with family and friends our horrible experience we had with Town Center uhaul and the manager with the long beard was very nasty about everything. Instead be grateful the truck was not damaged knowing they gave me a damaged up truck that o paid over $90 a day in insurance for it and then didn't get the truck until Sunday afternoon and got charged for Saturday the original day I was suppose to pick it up but the combination on Jr heir lock box was not working for me to self pick up so I called them that same night actually the headquarters knows this happened too because I called them the same night and they contacted the owner/general mgr. for that uhaul and yet no physical help on unlocking the lock box so to punish me the kept the extra added day because I turned the truck in at a different location. As I was headed to move my things a few places in VA I received contact that my guardian had been injured and needed to be there immediately to give blood which means drop everything and get there no matter what of which I knew I was going to incur a few more fees and now to experience all of this on top of grievance is very stressful. I do apologize for returning the truck at another location and I will pay off my balance that I feel I owe not for that extra day they was suppose to remove and the gas credit The are suppose to add & readjust them insurance rates back to the original quote I received online since I did reservations online. I was a regular customer for Uhaul also all around the state of Virginia. Not once have did anything that I deserve they way I am being treated.

We have had a credit card on file for a while which allows us to not have to take the owner's credit card every time we pick up a van. We order almost every weekend. This time we were told they no longer hold cards so our employee had to put the order on their personal credit card. MAJOR inconvenience vs the past. Repeat clients should be able to give a card at the reservation time and not have to have it at pickup. We have proven we are good clients.
