My only issue with this Uhaul were mice droppings in my unit. They really need to get this under control. This is the only reason I would not recommend to others. I threw some items away as a result.

Instead, I was assigned a 5' x 5' unit and ultimately had to rent a second 5' x 5' unit to accommodate my belongings. When I contacted customer service at the facility, I was informed that this is simply how U-Haul handles these situations. A confirmed reservation should be honored, and customers should not be inconvenienced or forced to secure multiple units because the reserved unit was unavailable. This experience fell well below my expectations.
