Stored 1994 Mustang. Car was vandalized. Things were stolen. U haul asked us to remove the car, which was stored in RV parking. I called to report vandalize vehicle. U haul employee (female) told me it was not their job to watch my car. Never called me back.

Instead, I was assigned a 5' x 5' unit and ultimately had to rent a second 5' x 5' unit to accommodate my belongings. When I contacted customer service at the facility, I was informed that this is simply how U-Haul handles these situations. A confirmed reservation should be honored, and customers should not be inconvenienced or forced to secure multiple units because the reserved unit was unavailable. This experience fell well below my expectations.
