How U-Haul Reviews WorkYoung lady at the desk was very unhelpful, didn’t know how to do a return, I asked for receipt of return and it took a long time for me to do the drop off. Other than that, nothing personal. I hope customer service could be better that’s all.
Asael CGreat truck, however, I didn't get the furniture dolly that I ordered and was still charged for it. Otherwise, great service.
ALONZO CEverything went very well! No improvement needed other than the windshield was a little dirty and needed cleaning.
STANLEY LThey are the ones that called me to tell me about the problem. They are very helpful and flexible.
