TERESA MSTAYING CONSISTENT with the confusion that I experienced with my pick up, U-Haul ALSO decided to change my drop off location! I went to what I thought was the location (the price and description matched with what I was told over the phone), but after calling customer service yet AGAIN! I was told that I was to return the truck TWO BUSINESS DOWN THE STREET. So I did. Not fun for me, it took more time than it should have. Oh well.....
