I was served by a man who behaved rudely and tried to mock my nationality, saying unpleasant things. I received a car in a dirty condition and with an almost empty tank (according to the company's rules, the tank should be full). I was not warned about this (about the incomplete fuel tank), but I informed him about it and I hope that he will resolve this issue. Upon my return, he again tried to mock my language and origin. A very unpleasant situation. I will wait for the debit from the card for the use of the car. I hope that they will not charge me for a full tank that I did not use.
Dmytro RNo one would help he pointed and said put the trailer over there. When I asked him who was going to take the trailer off the truck he said I was. I told him no and he went and then got a dolly to help me. He could of cared less
