Larry LEmployees were very friendly. It’s was easy to do using the app. However, it would’be been nice for the representative to explain that we had to use the app to turn it in after hours.
TAMMY AThe employee hung up on me. Told me I had to be there be12pm to rent but I made a 1pm reservation. Put me on hold when I called back for over 15 minutes. Worse customer service in long time. Moving is stressful enough.
