I was highly disappointed with the service that I from the Customer Service Center.
CALVIN GStop waiting til I pick up my U-Haul to add all ur extra unneeded costs to raise my bill from the 272 U quoted me online to 374 that I paid. That’s ridiculous. If it’s a certain price u should tell people before hand so they can prep before pickup.

Mike INo blankets no dolly. Nothing!!!!. Had to drive 50 miles to get the truck. Truck was suppose to be reserved in Shreveport, was not there. Had to drive to freaking Vivian LA. No discount. Charged Me $147 for get. I will never recommend uhaul. ever!!!!
