Kim EThe pick up location and the staff were great, the issue was U-Haul requiring me to drive over 200km round trip with 2 days notice to pick up a truck that was reserved long before in Lloydminster and no compensation for fuel in my vehicle and the truck other than an extra day which wasn’t useful. Called and asked for a manager to call and at least discuss however no one has ever responded.
