Formal Complaint: Mileage Overcharge, Insurance Refund, and Unprofessional Conduct Hello, I am writing to formally report an issue regarding my recent rental and the customer service I received when attempting to resolve it. I was overcharged for mileage on my rental, and I also used my personal Allstate insurance rather than purchasing coverage through your company. When I called to request a mileage adjustment and a refund for the insurance charge, the clerk I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. During the call, she hung up on me. When I called back and asked to speak with a manager, she hung up on me a second time. This behavior is unacceptable and has prevented me from resolving what should be a straightforward billing correction. I am requesting the following: A correction to the mileage overcharge A refund for the insurance charge, as my personal Allstate insurance was used A review of the customer service conduct I experienced Please contact me as soon as possible to confirm that these issues are being addressed.
