There was trash inside the cab, the cab was dirty from beverages spilling, the equipment was parked in a location, hard for me to get out. They did not go over the contract with me in detail to discuss fuel level or miles allowed.

Marissa KAfter submitting my rental request, I called the location, provided my payment information, and confirmed the reservation with an employee. However, when I arrived to pick up the trailer, I had to provide the same information again over the phone. The checkout process took another 10 to 15 minutes when the trailer should have been ready for pickup. The hookup process was also concerning. I appeared to have more experience connecting a trailer than the employee assisting me. The entire experience felt disorganized and unnecessarily repetitive. A confirmed reservation should result in a faster, safer, and more professional pickup process.
