Did not answer the phone during operating hours. I was not called to confirm availability of my vehicle. My expectations were low but somehow the amount of customer engagement from this location made me feel uneasy and fell well below the bar. As far as I am concerned, no one works at this location and everything is managed through the app, which was also a pain to deal with (even as a tech savvy person). This location made me question whether I would use U-Haul again.

The link sent to customer to photograph the rear of the trailer and license plate needs to NOT EXPIRE. I realized the next day that I had received it but could not send you the info due to expired link.
Catherine LAfter renting the truck my Grandson ended up in the ER and our moving got delayed a day. When I went to turn it in the owner was there even tho his business was closed that day. We got to talking and I explained why I was late returning the Uhaul and he told me not to worry about anything and he would check it in for me. Imagine my surprise when I got my email saying everything was good and I didn't have to pay another day. It was such a blessing for me. The owner said for me to take care of my Grandson and have a Happy Thanksgiving. He even gave me a new gumbo recipe to try out. I can't recommend this business enough. In an already stressful time it made it so much better.
