After renting the truck my Grandson ended up in the ER and our moving got delayed a day. When I went to turn it in the owner was there even tho his business was closed that day. We got to talking and I explained why I was late returning the Uhaul and he told me not to worry about anything and he would check it in for me. Imagine my surprise when I got my email saying everything was good and I didn't have to pay another day. It was such a blessing for me. The owner said for me to take care of my Grandson and have a Happy Thanksgiving. He even gave me a new gumbo recipe to try out. I can't recommend this business enough. In an already stressful time it made it so much better.
