Friendly. I did make an appointment close to closing, they called to let me know that they wouldn’t be able to help me after 3pm. I had arrived a little after 230 and they gave me no trouble about cutting it close. Good people. Would recommend. Trailer was in good condition. They hooked it up and connected the lights. 👍
