This was the second time I rented from the same place within a week. Like the last time, the truck has no ac. I mentioned it to the agent about the truck I rented the first time had no ac. He said that all trucks should have ac. This second time was a different truck and the same problem happened.

The location was closed. I was asked to do self checkin which did not work. I had to call for assistance and after I almost completed the checkin the self checkin shut down and when I tried to log back in the system responded with no records found.
