Prompt help upon arrival
HOLLAND HThe premises could certainly use a woman’s touch. The windowsills that let you observe into the warehouse, etc. we’re very dirty and door knobs, etc. around them needed attention. Otherwise, the staff couldn’t have been nicer, the equipment was great, and I have no complaints whatsoever. Just happened to notice that the office was very manly!😆

MICHAEL BCheckout process "pain in the ASS"...The company, needs to bring in IT people "who understand the intricasies" of the Checkout process; another words. Upgrade this part of the system, more intregration with the Dealers. Sooo many X these Dealr employees have a "Deer in Headlights look"...consider UHaul ops..2nd class citizens...
