I've rented from uhaul multiple times before, and never had a bad experience until I rented from this place. One of the employees seemed to be doing all the work, while the other was just standing there. After being told by one employee that he was able to locate my reservation, and that he would bring it to the front, the other continually told me he was unable to locate it in the system. After telling him my name, showing him my ID, and reservation confirmation email for about the 6th time, he finally decided to actually look at it, and realized he was looking for the wrong person the whole time. That wasn't even the worst part! After getting past this guy, I went outside to get my rental and the other employee just hands me the keys and takes off. They didn't do a walk thru for damages, check the fuel level, or even give me a copy of the receipt so I knew where to drop it off or the level of fuel to refill it to. I had to basically go back into my uhaul account via smartphone and find all of this on my own. Also the fuel level was at about 3/4 of a tank when I got in with the on full blast. Before I dropped it off I filled it up completely at the gas station, but the fuel gauge wouldn't go past the 3/4 mark. I tried to fill it another time just to make sure and it wouldn't take anymore gas in. However, I was ultimately charged $18 for more gas by Uhaul. Overall this was a horrible experience, and I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere next time.

Some odd things though.... I've rented countless times from car companies, but this was a little different experience. First, I came a half hour early for my rental and found the facility closed due to it was "lunchtime." What? Found that there was only one person there on duty. I believe he was taking a nap in the back room. Anyway, after calling a few times, he opened up the place and said he would take my reservation... wow. Next it's on you to report any damage to the vehicle, as he was the only one working and was busy with other customers. I found this place very laid back, and the location reminded me of a beat-up shack... otherwise all went well.

Explain the drop off procedures using the app. I dropped off the keys and read the instructions after. DIdn't see them at first bc it was almost midnight. Otherwise great experience.

I did the night drop the night of my rental. Next day got a bill for damage to the passenger door that was on the truck when I rented the truck. I had to call to clear up the issues.

Service was quick. Guy was nice enough. Not overly friendly by any means but not rude either. They had all my paperwork ready with the miles, the fuel and all the other stuff the look for, on the paperwork. I signed the papers, didnt gonovet a damage waiver or a gas waiver or a mileage waiver at the truck. Just the papers I signed. So he brought up the truck and I gave it a once over for damage, fuel and mileage. Everything was ok and I only needed to make 1 trip and it was going to be approx 16 miles. So I was keeping that in mind. I didn't review the miles against paperwork, just noted them down. We finish up, I fuel the fuel to past the line and the truck back and I pull out the paperwork to see exactly how many miles I added and check against their miles. I'll be damned if they weren't already adding 8miles to my trip. Before I even took the vehicle from the lot. I tell the guy, of the mistake. He doesn't question any of it just says ok I will cortectnpaperwork and can I email it to you. I say yes, trusting that he would. And he does he makes it right. They email me the receipt. I notice they changed the miles the 8 miles but they weren't showing the correct miles for the next renter, so the paperwork was adjusted down 8miles to accommodate me noticing the error. But the next renter likely won't be so lucky. $1.09 a mile adds up quick and if your going a distance I would say it would be easy to miss those extra added miles. But for me I caught it. It would have increased my bill by almost $10.00 and $10. For every rental adds up to quick money in someone pocket. My suggestions are a complete and thorough audit. I believe this is a scam they are doing.

I showed up 5 minutes prior to my reservation time only to find the door was locked and no one was in the office. Two other customers were already waiting outside. I waited for over 30 minutes and was going to be late, so I called Uhaul and they contacted the owner. They sent someone to open up 10 minutes later. This location is the most unprofessionally run business I have ever seen. They operate out of a shed, that says it all.

You measure your truck size to include the "attic". This is very deceiving. This area should be considered a bonus and measure your truck from the door to the end before the attic. We will not use you in the future for this very reason.

Hi, the only employee was about 15 minutes late in opening the store, then forgot to include the furniture dolly in the truck so we had to go back to pick it up. The employee was very apologetic but it caused some delays on my end.
