How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was shocked by how fast the process was. Rosa was amazing and professional and anticipated my needs. Give that woman a raise!!
BRIAN RThe trailer had a broken door that was difficult to close. The employee didn't know how to put a padlock through the chains on an old trailer with no hole for a lock. Had to go to another U-Haul to get it locked securely with my padlock . You need to get rid of old, broken trailers and get knowledgeable staff.
Barbara MVery professional, kind and courteous. Thanks.
