I was advised to go pickup the truck from a specific location, i went there the office was closed. I ended up waiting for the office to open but they never did... i called the support and then they said ok if the office is closed just do mobile truck pickup... This i should have been told in advance, The second thing is that the interior of the truck was very unclean and it it didn't smell good, i'm not expecting it to have lavender scent, but the smell of the cigarette was too bad. I expected to use your services on a weekly basis, but after this experience, I will most likely find an alternative.

The owner is very nice BUT we unfortunately did not have a great experience. We ordered a Dolly with the Uhaul and owner apologized and said he forgot and had it removed the day before. Then he misinformed us by saying we can stop by ANY Uhaul place to pick up one if we just give them our reservation #. We called several Uhaul places to see which location had a Dolly available and was told we were misinformed and that was not how it worked. So we called Uhaul Corporate Office and they were extremely helpful in locating a convenient location to pick up a Dolly and proceeded to inform us that she would deduct the Dolly from the reservation and told us to purchase the Dolly rental at the location we would be picking the Dolly up. The location we picked up the Dolly was also extremely helpful and we had a great experience at that location. Next, the Uhaul that was rented to us that day had a passenger door issue where it did not open smoothly. It made a loud buckle sound each time it was being open and the door seal came off entirely and we had to put it back on. We think that passenger side was hit in a past situation and that door never got repaired properly, hence, as all that issue. We ended up returning the Uhaul the same day because it wasn't a great truck.
