Have more 26 ft trucks more readily available
DAVID RDidnt know there was a drop off feature in the uhaul app, would have been good to have that. I dropped the trailer off at Whitmire 93 Preston Rd Warren PA on 13 May. The guy said just leave it in the parking lot and call someone named Dave. Dave wouldnt answer. Dropped off paoerwork at another location and they promised ro check it in. 2.5 days later it was not checked in and i started making phone calls. Round and round, nkbidy could find the trailer. Thought i had been scammed. Whitmire wouldnt answer phone calls. found out the whitmire location no longer gives a crap about uhaul and its customers. Jessica and another person at Blue Line Auto went out of their way to go find the trailer at Whitmire and check it in.Much thanks to them!
Brian MJessica and Brian were very friendly (and Piston too). They made the rental process very smooth. The equipment was in great shape, and the hand trucks / pads came in very handy! Will definitely use them again in the future!
