Never had a bad reservation at Twiggs. They are great to rent from.
Lori MI requested a dolly and moving pads and neither were included. I picked the van up at 6:30 am so the location wasn't open and there was nobody I could speak to to get the moving materials. Upon return, I let them know that they hadn't included those items and the man I spoke to assured me he would remove them from my invoice. When I received my invoice, neither had been removed so I had to contact UHaul directly to get the refund.
Alexandra CAir out the strong cigarette smell in the cabin before letting someone else rent the van. Everything else was great.
