How U-Haul Reviews WorkYou could have coffee and donuts ready when we get there early in the morning. And discount coupons would be nice
keith cI was charged an additional $80 for “late drop off” on the day the truck was due to be back. I received verbal confirmation from the supervisor at the dropoff location that I would not incur any extra fees for dropping off keys after the office had closed. Despite receiving this confirmation in the form of a verbal agreement, my card was charged. I’ve raised several issues via Uhaul’s mobile application and have still been charged. I am disputing this charge for reasons aforementioned. Unprofessional.
