Rented a U-Haul — smooth process, zero issues with U-Haul. Twiggs..... Whole different story. Misleading parking signs + a staff member who came out with a stank attitude & escalating over parking spaces not correctly marked. And he knows I was right because when I came back he tried to fix the sign but probably made it worse. It's just not clear where Uhaul customers are supposed to park. Dude needs to fix his attitude. Unbelievable!
