Location was understaffed, employees were having issues with the electronic rental system, equipment was in a cramped lot, equipment was not clean inside and out.

CHRISTOPHER WI have rented from a number of U-Haul locations and I can say this experience was one of the best. The staff at Wadeson was courteous, professional and efficient. This was my first experience renting a trailer, having recently had U-Haul at another location install a trailer hitch on my car. The staff member who processed my rental hooked up the trailer to my car, performed a brake and turn signal test, and ensured that I was all set to go. When I returned the trailer, the staff member who assisted me in unhitching the trailer was equally courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Wadeson to anyone who needs to rent a U-Haul truck or trailer.
