They were very friendly and helpful, the truck we rented was just the right size with a ramp. I would definitely go back there again for U-Haul rentals.

KILEY CThe uhaul only had a quarter tank of gas in it which didn't make me too happy because I had to travel from Washington Court House Ohio to Lancaster Ohio. In a 26' Truck your not going to get to far on a quarter tank but we made it work
TROY BBe more courteous. I called to let them know I was dropping off the rental Sunday morning and was told if I didn't drop it off on time there would be a late fee but the office is only open from 2 to 4 pm on Sunday. I had a hard time knowing where to park the 26 foot truck in such a small lot and finally parked it by the side of the driveway. I wish I had something better to say and I hope this is an a-typical experience.
