I never received the dolly or furniture pads that I paid for and then was subsequently charged a damage/missing fee totaling $135.95. The location called me asking for the missing items, at which point I told them they were never provided and wished to contest the charge. I was told a manager would call me back to discuss the issue but was never called and was then charged a day later.

I would like to see the interior wipe down ( Lysol steering wheel , seats) in all vehicles before being rented out.

The gate was locked when I arrived, and there was no attendant around. There was a tire air pump on and running laying on the sidewalk, presumably meaning someone was nearby, but they never surfaced. There was one customer in front of me at the locked gate dealing with the same issue. Somehow, she was able to get the gate opened, after being on hold with 1800gouhaul. After I parked the truck inside, it was not easy or obvious to get out back out of the locked gate. Luckily, there were other customers around. I would not have wanted to be locked in there by myself at nighttime. Again, disappointed with my experience.

The manager was the one who helped me. I am sorry to say I can't remember his name, even though he gave it to me. It's started with an O. He was great, fast and efficient. The drop off manager was a great guy also. Flawless execution by your team.

Trailer brakelight was not available for purchase. It throws off the whole day. UHaul should either have a stocked store or they should tell the renter they are missing helpful gear. Also, I want the fifteen footer this Friday at 0900 NOT at noon, three hours later. I am not on island time. And we are in a city. Time to pick up the pace.

I had a terrible experience when I rented a 20 foot truck they mistakenly gave me someone elses truck that was already reserved to another person. That was not my problem the problem is the lack of communication between this location and dispatch. I was told by this location "just wait until dispatch calls you for another truck". I waited well over and hour with no call so I called dispatch directly and got me another truck. All they can to do is call dispatch for me to come up with a solution. When I asked them why didnt they simply call dispatch they said they can never get through with the number they have? Also the truck I was given was old and one of the headlights was not working so I can to request another. Lastly I asked them to cancel my auto transporter that I would not need anymore and refund my money and to date that hasnt happened.

The manager at this Store is less than helpful. One of the stores associates asked a simple question of his manager to watch the manager replied you know how to do that . Icalled multiple times throughout sure that they had everything in the inventory that I would need to except the trailer and I even did the express checkout service online. When I got there they didn't have the hitch and ball set up that I needed for my vehicle. One of the employees instead had to pull a used hitch from another piece of equipment to which she asked me to pay him for under the table. I agreed to do so otherwise I wasn't going to be able to leave the same day that I needed the U-Haul trailer. I appreciated the fact that the associate was a problem solver but the whole operation seems prime for engagement by corporate to ensure that they uphold the standards.

I was overcharged and had to notify 3 people on 3 different occasions to fix it. Plus, the gas level wasn't documented correctly. If you don't check the paperwork, you'll be charged nearly twice the proper amount.

I was really impressed with the level of service and professionalism portrayed by ALL the staff that I encountered. It was really a pleasant experience and right in my back yard - wonderful!!!

The only problem I had was that I had rented a dolly but the guy who gave us the truck forgot to gave us the dolly. We had to waste time and miles to go back to the location to get the dolly. I would like for the people that deliver the equipment to be more careful and actually deliver the entire equipment. But besides this I didn't have to wait in line and check-in was easy. The only problem is that I had already checked in online and we had to go through the same questions at the desk, which slowed the process down. But besides that the customer service was good and the process went by smoothly.

This is not the location i set up my pickup when i made my reservation. I made it for it in alexandria va and got a call a day before too say i had too pick it up here. Dispatch told me that they cant do online one way reservations a week in advance and that why i had too pick it up here. The only thing that made this a good experience were the people at this location.
