This was absolute garbage. 1) the app did not speed anything up. It sent me hunting through a ducking giant yard half a block from the store to confirm YOUR TRUCK WAS THERE then turned around and forced me to go back to the store to get the key, which they didn’t have, and sent me back to the fucking yard I just left, where i had to wait for someone else to drive the vehicle I already had to find, to me. 2) I selected a 3hr window for $40 with a 4:30 pickup. Because of your garbage app and garbage customer service, I didn’t leave until almost 5:30pm yet my return tune was still 7:30 not 8:30. EVEN THOUGH IT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE SAME PRICE IF I SAID 2 HOURS OR 8 HOURS HOW THE FUCK DOES THAT MAKE SENSE. 3) just like the pickup, using the app/website to drop off was a garbage experience. It was completely out of logical order, asking me to take photos of everything. 4) speaking of your photo fetish, WHY DID I HAVE TO SUBMIT A DOZEN PHOTOS OF MY FUCJING LICENSE???? I submit a front and back to place the order, then you ask again for all of the same infor when I pick up? WHY. IT IS 2018 GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER. 5) HOW IN GODS NAME DO YOU JUSTIFY LETTING PEOPLE SET THEIR OWN TIME PERUOD ALL FOR THE SAME PRICE THEN CHARGING DOUBE THAT PRICE WHETHER THEY ARE TEN MINUTES LATE OR USE BOTH FULL TIME PERIODS?!?!?! Fucking SCAM. This was a horrible experience, on top of the already stressful experience of moving. I will not be recommending this to ANYONE.

Everything was fine with this location. However, this was not our original location that was reserved and was incredibly inconvenient to get to. I do not have issue with the employees or equipment from this location, but rather the higher management of U-Haul. I was promised a return call within 48 hours of my complaint. No one called me back for a week, and the individual who did was someone from this location rather than an upper management employee. I was told I would receive a phone call from a management position but I never did. I do not feel that U-Haul took my complaint seriously or bothered to address the issue.

I’ve rented from this location a number of times over the past few years and their staff and attendants are almost without exception surly, impatient and unhelpful — almost irritated that you’re there to rent or return one of their trucks. After my experience yesterday with an unnecessarily rude return attendant, I’ve had enough and won’t rent from them again. I’m taking my business to Enterprise instead. It’s further away, but I won’t give any more of my business to In Town UHaul.

More than irritated that our pick up location was changed from Falls Church VA to downtown DC with no notice. I had a pre-call confirmation the day before and even spoke to the Falls Church location and NO ONE mentioned the location change. Put us behind schedule more than 2 hours having to go to new location

You can improve by not charging your customers for bogus equipment not used or purchased. I rented a truck for $65 and was charged for crap I never even ordered. I was charged $55 extra and was not given a refund even though I had proof I never used any of their equipment except the truck. Do not rent from uhaul!

The trucks weren't prepped for 24-hour pickup at the time I came to pick up, and it took an hour and a half to get things in order. Dom was great, though. He really improved the experience and saved me!

The reservations should be honored. I came before another customer and they gave the rental my husband was already in and signed for to another customer because the inside employees assigned someone else the same truck. Instead of giving us the truck we already signed for they give it to another customer. And i was wrongly charged after all the confusion.

They did not have the guaranteed equipment that I prepaid for. They gave me something in exchange and when I enquirer about the $50 rebate for not having my equipment they told me that the store would take care of me when I dropped off the equipment. Which I found out was wrong. So they passed the buck and he receiving store couldn’t help me.
