Willie W | First ImpressionsMy June 2026 rent was deducted automatically by auto pay on May 30. The CSR closed my account on 5/31. I expected to be credited for the June payment, but was informed that because I did not tell her there was an auto pay for June, there was nothing she could do. My expectation would have been that she should have seen there was a payment made for June and automatically have provided a refund. I am now paying for a unit that I have checked out from and will not be using let alone even have access to. Meanwhile, you will rent that unit to someone else and collect a double payment. I find that to be very unethical business practices.
RANDY K | Overall ExperienceIn short, the facilities were so disappointing that I never moved in and immediately switched to a competitor’s storage services. The facility had a broken elevator: the doors would not open all the way, and the elevator could not be called to the upper floors, making moving into the storage unit nearly impossible. The website promised climate control and a single, large unit when I purchased the unit, but I got two smaller units without climate control. Staff were friendly and did their best, but the facilities were terrible.
