Dissatisfied with how I was not provided any type of inspection or contract when the vehicle was picked up and then there was no check of mileage or anything when it was returned. I even questioned the young lady when I returned it and just handed her the keys. Now today (over 3 weeks after returning the vehicle) I get a receipt with an additional $300+ for mileage. I have an issue with this in that I have no documentation stating what my mileage use was and as far as I know, neither does the office that I rented it from. Will not be returning there and if this is the standard then I’ll rent from another company in the future.
