After hours drop off, so no one was around. Still, it was convenient. I returned my rental 2 days early. Requested a refund for the days I didn’t use. Getting a run around. Not happy.

We had order an appliance dolly. It wasn’t available when we got there but we’re still charged for the appliance dolly when we received a regular dolly.
