Customer service was excellent! The vehicle had 178,888 miles on it. The truck was clean but the shifter on the column was too rough. A couple of times I didn't think I was going to be able to put the gear in park. I really had to finagle the gear to get it to work. I mentioned it to the dealer representative.

David YThe only thing I didn't like was for a brand new truck (15') The fuel mileage. Was only getting 9 mpg. For a 340 mile round trip. I had to fuel 3 times. Get rid of Fords. And go GMC.
