None of the trucks were cleared of snow or ready. I wasted 30min waiting on keys and a dolly. The trucks were not even equipped with proper snow brushes to be cleared with. I am very disappointed and will likely avoid small locations like this in the future.

We were at the location at around 9.00 am for check-in. The check-in was 30 minutes late (no one was available at the counter to check in), no support was provided on store. We were told that if there is any issue, just go to another location and get the truck from there (very poor service) Basically, if there would be any issues with truck, you are on your own at this location. Was stuck 45 minutes on call for support before even we could start the truck (support folks were helpful).
DEEP SJust walked in and everything went smooth and quickly. The agent was friendly and patient. It was a great experience.
chuck dUhal was covered in snow and back door was frozen shut. Lady inside was no help at all. Had to wait 2 hours for someone to come get the door open. I had movers waiting and had to pay them extra because of the delay. Very unprofessional location.
