Maybe have a sales person being available for service at all times. Had a hard time hooking up with the agent. It was a little uncomfortable.

Wrong truck. Had to make 2 trips instead of one die to the smallest truck available being the only one available. Was told originally I would pic up on at a much closer location with full size truck An absolute shambles. Drop off was an absolute shambles as well. Reservations don't mean a thing. I'll be seeking a significant discount!
John BWe had a terrible experience with this location. I had to call the Uhaul customer service twice to fix the issues. First, they charged my card with someone else's booking and canceled my reservation. Second, no one was at the counter on the day of the pickup, and the pickup was delayed. At the time of pickup, the truck floor mats were unclean, and the miles out and fuel readings on the truck did not match the actual readings. When I showed pictures of my meter readings at pickup and return, they were no help and asked me to contact Uhaul customer service. They even charged me extra for fuel that I never used and doubled my rental charge due to their delay. Fortunately, Uhaul customer service fixed both my problems, but I am extremely disappointed with the service from the Kishki Halal Uhaul pickup location.
Shubhankar MI had reserved on line but when I arrived to pick up the trailer the system indicated that my vehicle was not compatible- when I booked I had to supply the make and model if my vehicle ( 2018 Chevrolet Silverado crew cab 5.3 L) The store owner had to call UHaul and go through the whole process which took 30 minutes of wasted time.
