Took a very long time to get the vehicle. The person at the store seemed like they didn't know what was going on. When I asked what was taking so long she just complained about a guy who wasn't answering the phone. Once I received the vehicle I was just handed the keys with no communication and left to search the parking lot for the vehicle. If I hadn't rented a u hual before I would have really struggled with the experience. Very poor customer service at this location.
Robert DAll extra equipment was in the back of a grocery store.I was required to load all the blankets and dollies into the truck. The equipment was also being used to move food inside the store, the area blankets were stored in the floor was sticky with old food.
Jeremy KMaybe have a sales person being available for service at all times. Had a hard time hooking up with the agent. It was a little uncomfortable.
ABRAHAM KWrong truck. Had to make 2 trips instead of one die to the smallest truck available being the only one available. Was told originally I would pic up on at a much closer location with full size truck An absolute shambles. Drop off was an absolute shambles as well. Reservations don't mean a thing. I'll be seeking a significant discount!
