There was no one there and I could not do the return myself because of poor cell service. I had to call and they selected the wrong return location and caused an additional charge of over $400 on my bank account.

I was very disappointed that I reserved a 20 foot truck, then received a call from U-Haul that I was getting a 26 foot truck which is not what I originally asked for then I called back. They put me in a 20 foot truck and the day before I was to pick up, I called to confirm my reservation and then I was placed in a 15 foot truck and I was not very happy because I had to make two trips instead of having the the 20’ foot truck and could’ve got my move done in one trip. So I was not happy with the situation of somebody kept changing my request for my move so it was very disappointing. On that aspect, but the U-Haul facility where I picked up were very kind.
