I knew if I waited until I stopped the U-Haul localion helping me would be Baton Rouge, so I checked their ratings and they were VERY negative, and I didn't want that kind of trouble or delay. So I called Waveland's U-Haul and they were closing before I would arrive, so two gentleman from the location waited over an hour for me to arrive. I couldn't believe it!!! I was very grateful, as I am a senior woman making this 10 hr. trip alone. They saw the tire problem right away and traded out the trailer and were very kind and helpful. This trailer looked brand new and I had good confidence that it would handle the 1800 lbs of flooring I was picking up the next morning for the 10 hour ride home. I cannot stress how wonderful it is to find people who go above and beyond what is expected and have excellent working knowledge the product.
